Original Hadeeth Books written by the Imams

Do the original hadeeth books, written in the Imams handwriting exist today? If yes, is there any book where this kind of information has been given authentically?

I am not aware if there is any original copy in al-Bukhari's writing. However, what is certain is that thousands of people memorized Saheeh al-Bukhari from the day it was written and this trend has continued to the contemporary times. Thus, it was easy to replicate the book anytime anywhere. There could be early manuscripts based on narration from memory or copies from the original but I am not sure of the specific details.
