So, next time you judge a sister for not wearing her hijab properly, or a brother for engaging in sin, take a step back and look at yourself first and then look for alternative reasons why the brother or sister might be behaving this way. Purify yourself first before pointing the finger.

It is our duty to help those who are facing oppression, and they too expect our support, hence, we must not let them down. To give with all your might would be a gift for them, and a great reward for you from The One who does not forget!
Every Muslim is not shaped to go to Al-Azhar or Madinah University to pursue an Islamic career and learn the Islamic Sciences. We can benefit the Ummah by employing our own specializations and by being successful in that particular field. We have to identify our strengths and weaknesses.

Every time the "Muslim" Aladdin needs help, instead of approaching AllahAllah Subhanahu-wa-Taala, he rubs the lamp. The story tells that the Jinn is swifter in responding and furnishes all the jobs given to him by his 'Master' Aladdin.
People are more lenient when it comes to back-biting because in its nature its easy to indulge with and does not cause hardship to act upon it, all it needs is a move of a tongue, especially if the one being back-bitten was an enemy to those who are in the gathering, because they will be busy mentioning his or her flaws and become delighted with what they hear from defects about him or her in the same way a thirsty person is delighted with cold water to extinguish the heat inside of them, but in reality it is the retaliation from a helpless person, a weapon in the hands of a coward, because backbiters are always defeated when they know that the one they backbite is present, they would turn their slur into praise!
Crisis will come and go but your response - emotions, behaviour and actions - is what matters. Be a change agent, who uses crisis situations to model and advertise for Islam. Be an example and live according to the pure teachings of the Qur'an and sunnah when you deal with crisis.
