Beverages marketed as Halal Beer

Can Muslim businesses sell beverages marketed as Halal beer or Laziza which are similarly bottled as alcoholic beer. Is this from the Mutashaabihaat?

No it is not from the Mutashaabihaat. But what is not beer can be sold and consumed. If it comes in the same bottling, this is actually against the instruction of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) where he told people to break the containers which were normally used to carry alcohol. But the sale still remains a permissible sale.
